Jacob Grass joined the WCTC family in 2019. Mr. Grass graduated from WCTC in 2005 and is excited to be back to teach in the same place he got his start.
Jacob was born and raised in Belfast, Maine. His father and grandfather were both instructors at WCTC. After high school, Jacob attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island before beginning his culinary career.
Since then, Jacob has had a diverse range of culinary experience. Among working at several restaurants, he has also worked at hotels, summer camps, and as a private chef for students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Since their opening in 2010, Jacob has been the head chef and kitchen manager at the popular local restaurant, Delvino’s Grill & Pasta House.
Jacob enjoys movies, live music, spending time with his dog Zeke, and of course, cooking.
