Waldo County Technical Center is seeking a permanent Full Time Mainteance Director.  Position will close when suitable candidate is found.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• CHRC
• Excellent people and communication skills;
• Ideal candidate should have expereince with, but not limited to, HVAC, mechanical equipment, general carpentry, general knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, etc.;
• Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of checmicals, safety standards and training, including Safety Data Sheets, and OSHA requirements;
• Exhibit good work habits, dependability, ability to work with minimal supervision, solid record keeping and organizational skills;
• Demonstrate proficient computer skills and willingness to learn;
• Possess and maintain a valid State of Maine vehicle operator's license
• Must be physically able to fulfill obligations and responsibilities
