Matt Maniscalco joined the WCTC family in 2016. Mr. Maniscalco has worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and attended the Culinary Institute of America.
Growing up, my mother provided my family with countless delicious meals, and I have definitely inherited her affinity for making great food. I have German, Italian and Scottish/Irish roots. I am very honored and excited to be a part of the WCTC family and want to share my experience with the students who choose the culinary path. I enjoy art, music, skateboarding, sports and many outdoor activities. I have lived in 3 countries, 6 states and traveled to many parts of the world. Life is a gift and food is life.
