Explore CTE is a semester-long course for freshmen. Students will learn the basics of Building Construction, Electrical Trades, Computer Careers and Graphic Design as they build an escape room from the ground up. Students will build and design the room, make secret doors, wire lights and electronic locks, create puzzles, and connect it all to a computer monitoring system. Students in this course will also learn about all 12 technical programs offered to juniors and seniors at WCTC.
