Ilana Currier joins the WCTC family for our 21/22 school year as and Ed Tech in the A.M. ESP Program and special projects in the afternoon. 

Ilana Currier was a former student at WCTC attending the Graphic Design program as a senior. After graduating high school she then became a post-grad for a year, mainly doing small projects around the school. As of now, Ilana is an Ed Tech in the ESP program in the morning, and still does small projects in the afternoon."

Jon Cox joined the Waldo County Technical Center in August 2017.  JC comes to us with 35 years experience as an Ed Tech and Teacher in Special Education.

In those years he also has been Park & Recreation Director, Track Coach, Baseball, Basketball and Track Official. He has an Associates Degree from UMO and BA from Lesley College. Outside of school his interests are exploring Waldo County (and beyond) in his jeep, hiking, camping, gardening and working on his farm.

Scott Durant joins the WCTC family for our 20/21 school year as and Ed Tech III in our ESP/Strive Program. 

Scott Durant has been an Ed. Tech. since 1998 working for Jefferson Village School and China Middle School. This is his first year at WCTC. He has a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts. 

Outside of school Scott is an avid hiker, backpacker, fisherman, canoeist, and gardener. He has also been playing guitar for nearly 40 years and has played in numerous bands as well as giving guitar lessons on the side.
