Early Childhood1Early Childhood Education & K-8 Teaching is a NEW two-year program for students interested in a career working with children. Students will receive instruction in child development, psychology, observation and assessment, health and safety practices including food preparation, curriculum planning, classroom management and professional practice.

Students will build a professional Development Portfolio over the course of this program benefiting their future education and employment opportunities.

Students have placements in various settings throughout the community including infant/ toddler classrooms, childcare facilities, Pre-K to 8 classrooms and special education programs.
