In 2022, Waldo County Technical Center became the first Career and Technical Education (CTE) school in Maine to receive a Department of Education Extended Learning Opportunities (ELO) grant. As we enter the second year of our grant, we are excited to partner our CTE students with community members to create expanded career exploration opportunities and to ultimately provide experienced and educated workers for Midcoast Maine.
